Cannan

For the Cannon Project, we took on the role of general contractor, overseeing the complete design-build remodel of a home in Verdi, Nevada. The transformation was extensive—we stripped the house down to the studs, reframed multiple sections, and fabricated custom moment frames to completely redefine and open the interior space.

A defining feature of the home is the three-story single-stringer staircase, constructed with ¾” plate steel treads and finished with powder-coated stainless steel cable railings featuring hidden attachments for a seamless look. Every detail was engineered for both function and striking visual appeal.

In the bathrooms, we designed and built a custom soaking tub and shower, wrapping them in meticulously crafted powder-coated aluminum slats for a sleek, modern aesthetic. The kitchen and bathrooms also feature stainless steel detailing, adding an industrial edge while maintaining refinement and durability.

Leveraging a background in hot rod and motorcycle painting, we brought a high-end custom touch to the doors, each finished in dual-stage automotive paint. This level of craftsmanship ensures a flawless, deep finish that enhances the home’s overall aesthetic.

Beyond fabrication, we coordinated all trades, ensuring seamless execution across every aspect of the remodel. The Cannon Residence is a testament to our ability to merge structural expertise, high-end finishes, and design-forward thinking into a cohesive and stunning living space.
